A new job for Dr. Frances Richmond

The USC School of Pharmacy just announced the new Department of Regulatory and Quality Sciences and has appointed Dr. Frances Richmond as its first Chair.  The International Center for Regulatory Science will now be a part of the new Department, with Dr. Eunjoo Pacifici as its director.
